Talk of the Town Award of Excellence

This week, Celebration Media U.S. (CMUS) and Talk of the Town News, awarded LaFrom Dentistry for excellence for customer service for the second consecutive. Businesses receive the 2011 Talk of the Town Award for Excellence in Customer Satisfaction based on consumer-review websites, blogs, social networks, and other rating services. LaFrom Dentistry received a 4-star rating in customer satisfaction.

Talk of the Town samples respected online user review websites to measure customer satisfaction. Star ratings and the number of customer reviews establish basis for the ratings. They create a formula based on the collected information and assign a rating based on the results.

Some websites utilized to gather data are Yelp, Insider Pages, Yahoo Local,, Angie’s List, and Google Places. These sites allow customers or patients, a way to voice their opinions about a business or healthcare provider.

I’m Dr. Randy LaFrom of LaFrom Dentistry in Cupertino, CA. I am honored to have received this award for the second consecutive year. It is my goal to keep all my patients satisfied with the treatment they receive in our office. If you are need of cosmetic dentistry, teeth-whitening, or cleaning, call my San Jose area dentist office at (408)996-8595 to schedule an appointment. I proudly care for patients from Cupertino, San Jose, and surrounding areas.
